How long does setup take?

Is there a contract?
For real estate agents, yes. All real estate packages and the $300/mo IDX website add-on require a 6-month or 12-month agreement, billed monthly. 6 months: the listed monthly price plus the full setup fee. 12 months: the same monthly price with the setup fee cut by 50% (Starter $250, Growth $500, Pro $750; standalone IDX build $1,250; the Pro-included IDX build stays $1,500 on any term). Lead follow-up and local SEO take time to build momentum, so we ask for a real commitment up front. For local service businesses, plans are month to month after the setup fee.
What happens if I cancel? Who owns the system?
Sunhour Capital owns and hosts the AI system, prompts, workflows and automations. The client owns their data (leads, contacts, listings, content) and receives a full export on cancellation. The system is not transferred on cancellation. A client may buy out and take over their system for 4x the build (setup) price paid. The system can be cancelled once your agreement term ends (6 or 12 months for real estate agents).
Will it post or send things without me seeing them?
Only if you want it to. By default you approve what goes out until you’re comfortable switching off and letting the follow-up run on its own. Hot and ready-to-buy leads always come to you.
What counts as a workflow?
