PERSONAL HEALTH INTELLIGENCE · BY SUNHOUR
A personalearly-warning systemfor human health
No preventable death because critical medical information was overlooked.
Our aim is to make early detection, health-history intelligence and timely follow-up available to everyone, regardless of income. Not just people with a concierge doctor or the time to read every portal message.
From scattered portals to one clear picture.
Select a step to see what happens there.
Your hospital & MyChart
Visits, lab results, medications and diagnoses already sit in your providers’ patient portals. Today they are scattered, hard to search and easy to miss.
- Visits
- Labs
- Medications
- Diagnoses
Secure, patient-authorized connection
You sign in on your provider’s official MyChart page and approve access there. We never see or store your MyChart password, and you can revoke access at any time.
- SMART on FHIR
- OAuth 2.0

Your personal health record
Records from each provider you connect, organized into one history that stays linked to its source.
- One timeline
- Source-linked
- Multi-provider
Health Intelligence Engine
Reviews your record each day for new results, trends over time and follow-ups that were recommended but never documented as done.
- New results
- Trends
- Missing follow-ups
Your dashboard
Meaningful updates instead of noise, and clear reports you can bring to your physician.

You are sent to the official MyChart sign-in page. Your password stays there.

Your history arrives
Available records are imported and arranged into a single timeline.
- STEP 06
It stays current
Where your provider supports it, new records sync automatically.
Your history, not just your last visit.
Availability varies by provider: not every health system shares every record type. You will also be able to upload records and PDFs you have downloaded yourself.
Labs & measurements
Lab values and vitals with dates and reference ranges, so a number can be read as part of a trend instead of on its own.
e.g. LDL · A1c · blood pressure over time
Lab reports
The underlying reports behind the values, where your provider makes them available.
e.g. full panel report → linked to each value
Diagnoses
Conditions recorded across visits and providers, in one place.
e.g. condition · date first recorded · source
Prescriptions
Current and past medications and how they changed over time.
e.g. started · dose changed · stopped
Visits
Appointments and encounters across the providers you connect.
e.g. date · department · reason
Clinical notes
Visit notes, where your provider shares them, including recommendations that call for follow-up.
e.g. “repeat imaging in 6 months”
Procedures
Tests and procedures performed, so the record shows what was actually done.
e.g. imaging · screening · surgery
Allergies
Recorded allergies and intolerances, kept with the rest of your history.
e.g. allergen · reaction · recorded by
Where a second set of eyes helps most.
Catch missed follow-ups
A recommended repeat test, referral or scan that was never documented as completed.
Spot concerning trends early
Values that drift slowly across years and providers, where no single visit shows the whole pattern.
Help people act
Plain-language explanations and questions to bring to a clinician, so information leads to a next step.
More than storage. Follow-through.
| An ordinary health app | Personal Health Intelligence | |
|---|---|---|
| Cholesterol | Shows the latest number | Explains how it has trended over time and suggests questions to ask a clinician |
| A diagnosis | Records it | Checks whether the recommended follow-up was documented |
| Heart rate | Tracks it | Flags specific concerning changes, using validated methods |
| Your records | Stores them | Builds a searchable, source-linked timeline you keep for life |
| Reminders | Generic reminders | Tracks whether follow-ups were actually completed |
Preventable Health Risks & Missing Follow-Ups.
The first report we are building: a review of your connected history that lists possible care gaps, each linked to the source record, written so you can take it to your physician and decide together what matters.
Illustrative layout only. Every item shown is fictional, synthetic sample data.
Recommended repeat imaging not found
A note recommends repeat imaging in 6 months. No matching result appears in connected records.
Source: visit note · synthetic record
LDL rising across three results
Each value was reviewed separately. Together they show a steady increase worth discussing.
Source: 3 lab results · synthetic record
For your next appointment
“Is the repeat imaging still needed, and should we look at the cholesterol trend?”
Prepared for discussion with a clinician
Built around consent. From the first line of code.
These are the principles we are designing to. We will publish specifics before launch.
Encryption
Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Strict access control
Least-privilege access, limited to what the service needs.
Consent & revocation
You choose what to connect and can revoke access at any time.
Deletion
Delete your data when you decide to leave.
Audit logs
Access to records is logged and reviewable.
Limits on AI providers
Careful limits on what information is sent to any AI provider, and why.
Synthetic records first
We prototype with synthetic records, not real patient data.
No passwords
We never ask for or see your MyChart password.
Not downloads. Care gaps closed.
