1. Introduction

SunHour Capital, LLC (“SunHour Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the website at sunhourcapital.com and the applications, forms, automation systems, integrations, consulting, marketing, and related services that we provide. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, process, store, and disclose information when people interact with those properties and services.

This policy applies only where SunHour Capital determines how information is handled. A customer may separately control information processed through a service we provide for that customer, in which case the customer’s own privacy terms may also apply.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with us and which features you use, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Company, business, role, and account information.
  • Information you submit through forms, service inquiries, support requests, or other communications.
  • Content and instructions you provide in connection with requested services.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic information.
  • Website and application usage information, such as pages or features accessed and interaction timestamps.
  • Information made available when you authorize a connection to a third-party service.

We do not necessarily collect every category from every user. The information collected depends on the interaction, requested service, and permissions you choose to grant.

3. How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected from information you provide directly; website or application forms; communications and interactions with our services; third-party services or integrations you authorize; cookies and similar technologies where applicable; and ordinary server, security, or application logs.

4. How Information Is Used

We may use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve requested services and functionality.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Create or authenticate accounts and process authorized integrations.
  • Communicate about requested services, active services, or material service-related matters.
  • Maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse.
  • Keep appropriate business records and fulfill legal obligations.

We seek to use information in ways that are relevant to the context in which it was provided and the services requested.

5. Google API Services and Google User Data

Some SunHour Capital applications or services may allow a user to connect a Google account using Google OAuth. Google account access occurs only after the user authorizes the permissions requested through Google’s OAuth consent process.

The categories of Google user data an application may access depend on the OAuth scopes and permissions presented for that application and authorized by the user. SunHour Capital applications access only the Google user data necessary to provide the user-requested functionality associated with the authorized integration. This policy does not represent that every SunHour application accesses any particular Google product or category of Google user data.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality associated with the integration the user authorized. SunHour Capital’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Google user data restrictions

  • Google user data will not be sold.
  • Google user data will not be used for targeted or personalized advertising.
  • Google user data will not be transferred to data brokers.
  • Google user data will not be used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • Google user data will not be used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Disclosure of Google user data

Google user data will not be disclosed to third parties except when necessary to provide the requested functionality; to engage service providers or processors necessary to operate that functionality; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect users, services, or security; or when the user directs or consents to the disclosure.

A user may disconnect an integration at any time through the permissions or security settings of the user’s Google Account. See Section 10 for additional deletion-request information.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, APIs, software, or other providers. Information may be transmitted to or processed by those providers when necessary to perform a feature you request or operate the applicable service. Third-party providers may handle information under their own privacy notices and terms. You should review the permissions and policies presented by a third party before authorizing an integration.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers and processors that help operate our website or services; through integrations a user authorizes; when required by law or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets where legally appropriate and subject to applicable safeguards.

SunHour Capital does not sell personal information simply as a business model. Nothing in this section changes the additional restrictions applicable to Google user data described above.

8. Data Security

SunHour Capital uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information to help protect it from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Security measures may vary depending on the service, information, and risks involved. No internet transmission, storage system, or application can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will always remain secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, support security and fraud prevention, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, why it was collected, the service involved, and relevant legal or operational needs.

10. Data Deletion and User Requests

You may contact SunHour Capital to request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Google-connected data

You may revoke a SunHour application’s Google OAuth access through your Google Account permissions or security settings. You may also contact us to request deletion of Google user data maintained by the applicable SunHour service. Revoking access prevents future access under that authorization but may not automatically delete information already maintained by the service; a separate deletion request may therefore be appropriate.

Requests may be sent to info@sunhourcapital.com.

11. Cookies and Analytics

Our website or services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies where applicable for essential functionality, security, remembering preferences, measuring use, diagnosing performance, or analytics. The technologies used may change with the features and services in operation. Browser settings may allow you to limit or delete cookies, although doing so can affect functionality.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for general business use and are not directed toward children under 13. SunHour Capital does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights concerning their personal information depending on the law, the nature of the information, and the circumstances. These rights may include requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain disclosures, and may include the right to appeal a decision. Not every state privacy law or right necessarily applies to SunHour Capital or to every interaction. To submit a request, contact us using the information below.

14. International Users

If you access our website or services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate. The privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your country. This statement does not represent that a particular international privacy framework applies to every SunHour service.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy will identify the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website, service, or another reasonable method where appropriate.
